Each remedy is matched to a key symptom or presentation, helping you navigate the kit with confidence.

Emotional shock and grief: Ignatia Amara A remedy often used in the aftermath of emotional trauma, sudden loss, or disappointment. Ignatia suits individuals who are sensitive, prone to sighing, and may suppress their emotions. It’s also helpful in cases of insomnia or headaches linked to grief.

Nausea and vomiting: Ipecacuanha Indicated when nausea is persistent and not relieved by vomiting. Ipecac is often used in digestive upsets, morning sickness, or coughs with gagging. The tongue may appear clean despite strong gastric symptoms.

Sinus congestion and thick mucus: Kali Bichromicum Used in respiratory complaints with thick, stringy, yellow mucus—especially in sinusitis or bronchitis. Symptoms are often localised and may include pressure at the root of the nose or a dry, hacking cough.

Throat inflammation and intensity: Lachesis Mutus Suited to left-sided complaints, especially sore throats that worsen after sleep or with swallowing. Lachesis is often used in menopausal symptoms, circulatory issues, or infections with marked sensitivity and intensity.

Puncture wounds and bites: Ledum Palustre A key remedy for puncture wounds, insect bites, and post-vaccination reactions. Ledum is used when the affected area feels cold but is relieved by cold applications. It’s also helpful in joint pain that ascends from below upwards.

Digestive sluggishness and bloating: Lycopodium Clavatum Indicated in digestive complaints with bloating, flatulence, and a craving for sweets. Lycopodium suits individuals who feel worse in the late afternoon and may experience performance anxiety or irritability.

Cramping pain: Magnesia Phosphorica Often used in muscular cramps, menstrual pain, or neuralgia. Mag phos is known for its affinity with nerve and muscle tissue, and symptoms are typically relieved by warmth and pressure.

Mouth ulcers and glandular infection: Mercurius Vivus Used in sore throats, mouth ulcers, and glandular infections with excessive salivation, bad breath, and sweating. Mercurius suits individuals who feel both hot and cold and whose symptoms fluctuate.

Dryness and emotional sensitivity: Natrum Muriaticum A remedy for colds with sneezing and dryness, as well as emotional states linked to suppressed grief or disappointment. Nat mur is often used in headaches, cold sores, and conditions that worsen with sun exposure.
